To continue of commitment from PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) to enhance the quality of human resources in North Sulawesi province, on September 2017 MSM and TTN were providing education scholarship for 39 best students of North Sulawesi to continue their education with Diploma III studies concentrating in International Business, Computer Technology (IT), and Food and Preparation Test in Jiangsu Agri-Animal Husbandry Vocational College (JAAHVC) for 3 years period. These students were coming from Regents of North Minahasa, Bitung, Manado City, Sitaro, Talaud, and South East Minahasa, especially in the near-mine communities.

This program was a collaboration of MSM and TTN, Archi Indonesia, Rajawali Foundation and SEAMOLEC, which serves the purpose to help the North Sulawesi province Government’s strategy to enhance economic development based on Maritime, Tourism and Local Agriculture, through education sector. For this scholarship program, MSM and TTN had spent a total of Rp.8 billion to a total of 69 students, which was divided in two phases, including 30 first phase scholarship recipient’s students on the previous year.
