Archi Indonesia Recruited Dozens of People from Near-Mine Communities to be Mechanical Workers

Archi Indonesia, which owns PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN), two gold mine companies operate in East Likupang, North Minahasa and Bitung, making a breakthrough in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in relates to employment.

As many as 40 people whom come from 13 villages and regents in East Likupang and Bitung were recruited to participate in training to become general mechanical and welder workers. Several instructors from Technical Education Development Centre (TEDC) Bandung were also invited to train these people for three months, as so they could become high quality and available-to-work workers.

The Company believes that, post the training, the participants could work independently, and open to be recruited further to work in Group Archi’s company. Archi hopes that this program can address and minimize employment issue in the operational area of MSM and TTN.
