Duties

  1. Provide motivation and leadership to create a safe, professional working environment in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  2. Organize sufficient manpower for metallurgical plant operations with priority to local candidates, and manage employee training and development.
  3. Manage the metallurgical accounting system, reagent/consumable procurement, plant optimization, and feasibility studies or expansion projects.
  4. Oversee assay laboratory contractors, ensuring timely test results with adequate skills and proper QA/QC implementation.
  5. Provide technical support for TSF, water management, cyanide destruction, and metallurgical test programs for the Tokatindung and MSM/TTN projects.
  6. Contribute to annual budget production plans and quarterly forecasts, including laboratory costs and reagent consumption.
  7. Prepare capital expenditure (Capex) requests with appropriate analysis and recommendations.
  8. Develop and review external reports and permits, including FS, RKAB, AMDAL, and production reports to ESDM.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Mineral Processing with minimum 8 years’ experience in mineral processing, preferably in gold operations.
  2. Proven leadership to guide, mentor, and develop the metallurgy team.
  3. Ability to achieve company and team performance targets effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
  5. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and SCADA/CITECT or similar systems.
  6. Relevant certifications such as POP, Radiation Officer, or Chemical Safety (Ahli K3 Kimia) are an advantage.
  7. Demonstrated awareness of corporate safety & environmental standards.
