Provide monthly rolling forecasts and projections for year-end mine plans in accordance with budget;
Ensure colleagues understand the mine plan and schedules and drive adherence to the plan;
Ensure daily excavation locations are consistent with weekly plans (ensure good coordination with mining engineers);
Ensure weekly plans follow monthly rolling forecast;
Evaluate pit design or make changes as needed to optimize safety and production;
Provide mine plan compliance and identify issues for continuous improvement;
Provide the data (mine plans, mine designs and etcs) for RKAB submission annually and liaise with Short Term Planning Superintendent;
Other duties as may be assigned.
