Duties

Set high safety standards through reporting of hazards and safety observations and making sure actions are closed out;
Provide monthly rolling forecast and projection to end of year mine plans to be in line with Budget;
Ensure that peers understand the mining plan and schedules, and drive plan compliance;
Ensure daily dig locations matches weekly plans (coordinate well with mining engineers);
Ensure that weekly plans follow monthly rolling forecast;
Evaluate Pit design or changes if required to optimise safety & production;
Ensure mine plans compliance and identify the issues for continuous improvement;
Provide data (mine schedules, mine designs, and etcs) for RKAB submission annually and liaise with Short Term Planning Superintendent;
Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

Graduated from University majoring in Mining;
Min. 5 year experience in the mine planning or engineering in Gold Mine Company;
Advanced in Computer skill, Mine design & Mine scheduling;
Good communication skill in Bahasa & English – either written & speaking;
Excellent skill in Surpac & Minesched;
POP certified is preferred;
Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
