Duties

  • Implement and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all operational activities.
  • Support the execution of Resource Development programs in line with the mine resource development strategy and Life of Mine (LOM) production plan.
  • Conduct geological interpretation, geological modelling, drill targeting, and geological data management, including data collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor Reverse Circulation (RC) and Diamond Drilling (DD) programs to support resource estimation in accordance with applicable resource classification standards.
  • Collaborate with the geology team, project team, and corporate stakeholders in geological modelling, resource estimation, and technical evaluations.
  • Conduct geological studies, resource evaluations, and technical analyses to provide recommendations for mine resource development.
  • Prepare geological reports, reconciliation reports, technical documentation, and presentations to support evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with junior geology team members.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geology.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in mining geology, including experience in Underground mining operations and/or Open Pit.
  • Proven experience in geological modelling, resource estimation, and mineral resource development.
  • Knowledge of resource estimation techniques for both Underground mining operations and Open Pit is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with mining and geological software such as Micromine, Leapfrog, and/or Surpac.
  • Familiarity with geological database systems, particularly acQuire.
  • Experience in using Portable X-Ray Fluorescence (pXRF) equipment, as well as field data collection, validation, and management.
  • Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
