Duties

  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, occupational health, and environmental (HSE) practices are maintained across all operational activities.
  • Develop, establish, and promote Res Dev targets aligned with the overall mining resource development strategy and the Life of Mine (LOM) production profile.
  • Provide technical leadership to the Res Dev team in ore deposit knowledge, geological modelling, targeting, and data management, including data collection, quality control, processing, and analysis.
  • Plan, design, and supervise reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling (DD) programs to ensure ore resource estimates meet the required reserve classification standards, in collaboration with the relevant project teams.
  • Support geological modelling and resource estimation processes through active collaboration with corporate geology teams and external consultants.
  • Plan and execute relevant resource studies and process evaluations to support technical and operational decision making.
  • Prepare and deliver regular geological reports, reconciliation reports, and technical presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably in Geology, Data Science.
  • Major/Field of Study: Geology.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in geology, with the majority of experience in geology for both Open Pit (OP) and Underground (UG) operations.
  • Strong knowledge of resource estimation techniques in both Open Pit (OP) and Underground (UG) operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software, particularly Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
  • Experienced in using mining and exploration software such as Micromine, Leafrog, Surpac.
  • Familiar with and capable of operating database systems, particularly acQuire.
  • Experience in using portable X-Ray Fluorescence (pXRF) tools and in field data collection and management.
  • Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
