Duties

  • Prepare and consolidate weekly reports from all departments.
  • Prepare monthly management reports in the form of presentations and analytical narrative reports.
  • Process operational, project, and compliance data into clear and easy-to-understand management reports.
  • Monitor the progress of the company’s strategic projects.
  • Prepare and regularly update project progress S-Curves based on field data.
  • Identify project deviations (delays, cost impacts, and risks) and provide brief analysis.
  • Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Mining, Processing, and other related departments.
  • Manage permit tracking dashboards for all company permits and approvals.
  • Proactively remind related PICs regarding permit deadlines and status updates.
  • Prepare permit status summaries for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Transform raw data into informative charts, dashboards, and visual reports.
  • Develop and standardize effective reporting templates.
  • Maintain reporting databases and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to obtain accurate data.
  • Communicate and clarify data in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Support the preparation of management presentation materials when required.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related fields.
  2. Strong ability to create and interpret S-Curve Project Tracking.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Complex Formulas
    • Charts & Dashboards
  1. Strong reporting and presentation skills with clear and informative communication.
  2. Strong analytical thinking skills, not limited to data compilation only.
  3. Detail-oriented with strong discipline in meeting deadlines.
  4. Proactive in following up with stakeholders across departments.
  5. Fluent in English, both for reporting and verbal communication.
  6. Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
