Duties

Assist in the management of training and development of process plant employees;
Manage the operation performance of the Process Plant ensuring short term and long term targets are met;
Optimization of the Process Plant to design capacity by achieving minimum budget and KPI targets;
Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and water management and cyanide destruction;
Manage contract service providers;
Ensure Environmental compliance;
Ensure and promote a high expectation of safety compliance;
Provide relief for Department head in their absence;
Any other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Mineral Processing with significant exposure to gold operations and management experience and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positon;
Either Metallurgical or Chemical engineering degree favourable but not required;
Experience with Equipment Management System through SAP;
Good communication skill in Bahasa & English – either written & speaking;
Proficient in Ms. Office;
Understand statutory regulations;
Understand KPI development and implementation;
POP/POM certified is preferred;
Possess Ahli K3 Kimia certification is advantageous;
Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
