Designing and updating training materials (manuals, presentations, modules, etc.);
Delivering training in various formats (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, etc.);
Evaluating training effectiveness and adjusting programs as needed;
Managing training materials and ensuring proper documentation;
Creating and maintaining accurate training reports;
Supporting employee development plans in alignment with organizational goals;
Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in training delivery and minimum 2 years in a leadership role;
Proven experience in instructional design is highly preferred;
Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
Skilled in Microsoft Office; prior experience with LMS or Training Management Systems is a plus;
Training of Trainer and POP/POM certifications are an advantage;
Strong communication skills;
Leadership and coaching mindset;
Problem-solving ability;
High adaptability in a dynamic environment;
Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
