As of 2021, Archi has awarded scholarship programs to 10 National and 19 International scholarship students who are studying in several State and Private Universities. There are 11 students who have completed their study last year.

In February 2021, Company has started socialization and selection process Scholarships 2021 to studied in Jiangsu Agry-animal Husbandry Vocational College Republic of China for four village  in the company’s exploration areas; Talawaan, Tatelu, Tatelu Rondor and Tatelu Warukapas Villages. It held in Novotel Convention Center Manado on February 16, 2021, then continuing to the other Village near mine site.

Currently, there are 12 new International scholarship students doing the online study in Jiangsu Agry-animal Husbandry Vocational College Republic of China. The students from 4 villages; Talawaan, Tatelu, Tatelu Rondor and Tatelu Warukapas.
