Duties

Prepare, review and compile data from user related with the formulation, allocation and analysis of Feasibility Study, RKAB & LOM;
Prepare, review and compile data from user related with the formulation, allocation and analysis of Internal Budget;
Prepare and compile Forecasting data from user per Quarter;
Check the appropriateness of expenditure and review the flow of work that generates costs from the department;
Responsible for analysing and checking closing transaction periodically;
Collaborate with user in finding any improvement initiatives which could lead to cost savings;
Prepare monthly reporting with the cost variance analysis (actual vs budget);
Other assignments that may be given.

Requirements

Graduated S1 – Economics (Accounting, Management or related field);
Minimum 3 years experiences in business analysis, preferably in the Underground mining industry;
Proficiency in SAP (Minimum 3 years experiences);
Intermediate up to advance skill in Excel and other Microsoft Office;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines;
Fluent in English – Verbal and Written;
Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
