PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) for the 4^th consecutive year since 2013 received Gold (ADITAMA) award in the coal and mineral mining environmental management in 2016. This award was handed over by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR) of Republic Indonesia, Ignasius Jonan, on Thursday, 18^th May 2017 in Puri Agung, Sahid Hotel, South Jakarta.

“This award is a proof of MSM and TTN commitment in preserving a sustainable mining environment di Toka Tindung Gold Mine”, said President Director Terkelin Purba. “Certainly this is also shows a cooperative actions within all stakeholders in North Sulawesi”.

In addition, MSM TTN also received similar ADITAMA award in 2016. Meanwhile, MSM and TTN received Silver (UTAMA) in 2015 for coal and mineral mining work safety management, and TTN received PRATAMA award in 2016.

Rgularly since 2004, MEMR holds the awards submission for Coal and Mineral Mining Environmental Management and Work Safety Management, which the purpose is provide motivation and appreciation to coal and mineral mining companies which are able to conduct environmental management and work safety management well.
