Duties
Lead Field Assistants in promoting the planting, maintenance and management of seedlings in the rehabilitation area;
Oversee the nursery program by guiding Field Assistants in the nursery process, planting seedlings, nursery maintenance, and preparing seedlings for transplanting;
Provide assistance and supervision to field crews during the planting process, nursery maintenance and management;
Discuss the results of routine inspections of work in progress and problems encountered with supervisors; encountered with the supervisor;
Report the progress of the assigned watershed rehabilitation program to the supervisor on a daily basis, weekly, and monthly;
Any other assignments may be assigned.
Requirements
Minimum high school graduate / Diploma with majors in Natural Sciences, Agriculture, Forestry;
Experience as Field Assistant min 4 years;
Have good communication skills in writing and verbally;
Understand and can operate well Ms Office, Excel and mapping software (GPS);
Having POP certification will be preferred;
Having driver’s license A will be preferred;
Able to demonstrate the company’s awareness of safety and environment.
