Duties

Communicate relevant laws and regulations and other standards;
Support the implementation of Annual Risk Management/IBPR Sidewide;
Implement the Toka Safe Programme (Key Indicators and Companion Indicators);
Develop strong relationships with Supervisors/Supervisors of operations departments,
OHS Representatives and OHS Committee;
Analyse and generate administrative reports through Incontrol (INX);
Develop training modules as required;
Conduct Heavy Equipment (HE) and assessor training;
Other assignments that may be given.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Industrial Engineering/Mining Engineering;
Minimum 5 years of experience as HE trainer (DT, ADT, HD, Grader, Loader, Excavator, etc);
Speak active English verbally and in writing;
Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point);
Excellent driving skills: LV (ambulance and rescue car) & Fire Truck;
Certified at least TOT Level III;
AK3 General, SMKP Training (implementation - KaIT registration), and POP certified is an advantage;
Valid driver's licence (SIMPOL B2 General);
Able to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environment.
