Duties
Identify, develop and document the business processes of each department;
Develop and review EEZ policies in accordance with applicable regulations;
Establish and periodically review EEO program goals and objectives;
Manage system procedures in Toka Safe through identification, development and socialization;
Develop and socialize Code of Practice (COP) documents;
Provide socialization, coaching and mentoring related to operating documents/SWI to each department;
Maintain system procedural documents and records;
Ensure the latest documents are available in Sharepoint or company provided locations;
Schedule and involve in annual internal and external audits;
Follow up on audit findings;
Adhere to work schedules and coordinate with supervisors regarding changes to work schedules;
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially in the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) industry;
Experience in management system development (e.g., Mine Safety Management System/SMKP, ISO 45001 Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System);
Ability to identify, develop, and document business processes;
Skilled in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and management system documents;
Experience in internal auditing and follow-up on audit findings;
Management system certified (Internal Auditor SMKP, Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor ISO 14001, and ISO 45001);
Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
Proficient in document management and management system software (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office);
Thorough, detail-oriented, and results-driven;
Proactive with strong problem-solving skills;
Able to demonstrate awareness of corporate safety and environmental practices.
