Getting to know the latest update in Archi Indonesia
PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (“Archi” or the “Company”; IDX: ARCI) has held the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Tuesday, 26 April 2022. This AGMS was held for the first time after the Company completed its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in June 2021.
Archi’s President Director, Rudy Suhendra said, “We are very grateful for support from the shareholders that has been given to the Company at the AGMS this morning. Year 2021 was a year full of challenges, however, we believe that the strategic steps that we have taken during 2021 will support the Company’s business growth in a sustainable manner for the years to come, and in the end can provide value added for all shareholders and stakeholders.”
One of the points approved at the AGMS was changes in the composition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners and Directors, which are as follows: Kenneth Ronald Kennedy Crichton as a President Commissioner, Rizki Indrakusuma as a Vice President Commissioner, Abed Nego as a Commissioner, and Dr. Ir. Bambang Setiawan, Hamid Awaluddin and Jhoni Ginting as Independent Commissioners. Meanwhile, the new compositions of the Board of Directors are Rudy Suhendra as a President Director, Christian Emanuel David Sompie, Hidayat Dwiputro Sulaksono and Scott Gerald Atkinson as Directors.
