Holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Management Information System from Ohio State University, United States, conferred in 2003.
He was appointed as President Director of the Company on April 2022, had previously served as Vice President Director of the Company. Concurrently, he also holds position as President Commissioner at PT Meares Soputan Mining, PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya, PT Karya Kreasi Mulia and PT Jasa Pertambangan Perkasa as well as President Director at PT Elang Mulia Abadi Perkasa.
Previously, he had served in various positions at PT Eagle High Plantation Tbk, including Corporate Secretary and Head of Corporate Finance from 2015 to 2016, Head of Business Development from 2008 to 2015 and also Business Analyst Manager from 2007 to 2008. He also had served as external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia from 2003 to 2007.

Christian Emanuel David Sompie

Holds a Doctoral degree in Marine Science from Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado, conferred in 2021, a Master degree in Marine Science from Universitas Negeri Manado, Manado, conferred in 2010, as well as Bachelor degree in Fishery and Marine from Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado, conferred in 1992.
He was appointed as Director of the Company since July 2019. Concurrently, he also holds position as President Director at PT Meares Soputan Mining and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya.
Previously, he had served in various positions at PT Newmont Minahasa Raya, including President Director from 2011 to 2019, Head of Mining Engineering from 2006 to 2011, and External Relations Manager from 2002 to 2006.

Hidayat Dwiputro Sulaksono

An Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta.
Holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, conferred in 2006. He’s also a Certified Public Accountant since 2015, Chartered Accountant since 2014, as well as certification of Accountant Profession from Universitas Indonesia, conferred in 2012.
He was appointed as Director of the Company on April 2022, had previously served as Business Controll Group Head of the Company. Concurrently, he also holds position as Commissioner at PT Meares Soputan Mining, PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya, PT Karya Kreasi Mulia, and PT Jasa Pertambangan Perkasa.
Previously, he had served in various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia from 2005 to 2017, with latest position as Senior Manager.

Douglas Matthew Jones
Chief Operating Officer
American citizen, domiciled in Manado, Indonesia.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, USA, and completed graduate executive studies in Corporate Finance and Business Administration at Stanford University, USA
He is a Registered Member of the Society of Mining Engineers (SME) of American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical, and Petroleum Engineers (AIME) and a Qualified Person under Canada NI 43-101.
He has served as Head of Operations of the Company since joining in August 2025.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Merdeka Copper Gold from 2020 to 2023, Chief Operating Officer of Alio Gold Corp in USA and Mexico from 2017 to 2019, Senior Vice President at Eldorado Gold Corporation from 2011 to 2017, Vice President and General Manager at Kinross Gold Corporation’s Washington operations from 2009 to 2011, and Vice President of Mining and Geology at Pincock Allen and Holt Mining Consultant from 2008 to 2009, and as General Mine Manager at Stillwater Mining Corporation in Montana from 2000 to 2008, and Project Manager at Newmont Mining Corporation on the Carlin Gold Trend in Nevada, USA, from 1992 to 1999. He also co-founded the Western Underground Mining Association, which remains active today.
