Duties

  • Collect and organize land ownership data accurately and systematically.
  • Verify land ownership documents, including:
    • Land boundaries
    • Land ownership history
    • Consistency between personal identity data and land ownership records
    • Land and Building Tax (PBB) documents
    • Village registration records / land books
    • Differences in land area based on legal documents and actual field conditions
    • Inheritance and grant documents
  • Handle land administration processes with the National Land Agency (BPN), including land certification and title transfer processes.
  • Ensure lease agreements and land rights transfer processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Strong understanding of land rights transfer processes, land certification, building permits (IMB), and coordination with relevant government institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills in handling land-related issues and disputes.
  • Capable of managing and resolving land-related matters effectively.
  • Experienced in handling land documentation, such as Girik, Petok, Letter C, Village Letters, Land Registers, and Land Certificates.
  • Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
