Duties
Collect and organize land ownership data accurately and systematically.
Verify land ownership documents, including:
Land boundaries
Land ownership history
Consistency between personal identity data and land ownership records
Land and Building Tax (PBB) documents
Village registration records / land books
Differences in land area based on legal documents and actual field conditions
Inheritance and grant documents
Handle land administration processes with the National Land Agency (BPN), including land certification and title transfer processes.
Ensure lease agreements and land rights transfer processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Strong understanding of land rights transfer processes, land certification, building permits (IMB), and coordination with relevant government institutions.
Strong analytical skills in handling land-related issues and disputes.
Capable of managing and resolving land-related matters effectively.
Experienced in handling land documentation, such as Girik, Petok, Letter C, Village Letters, Land Registers, and Land Certificates.
Awareness of company safety and environmental standards.
