Duties
Prepare and monitor project budgets (CAPEX), including variance analysis between budget and actual costs.
Perform accurate and timely project accounting and maintain cost records in compliance with company accounting policies and audit requirements.
Monitor and control project cash flow and prepare weekly cash flow forecasts.
Manage capitalization of fixed assets, including the transfer from Asset Under Construction (AUC) to Fixed Assets.
Review and verify invoices from vendors, contractors, and project consultants to ensure accurate and timely recording.
Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams regarding project costs and progress.
Identify potential cost overruns and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
Ensure alignment between Fixed Asset Register records and Plant Equipment records.
Any other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Accounting / Financial Management).
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, project accounting, or financial analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
English proficiency: Intermediate.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
Key competencies include Financial Analysis, Project & Risk Management, Leadership and Decision Making, Asset Management, and ERP System Utilization.
Able to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environment.
