Duties
Support plant development and expansion from FS, EPCM, and operational optimization.
Lead metallurgical test programs for ongoing and future projects.
Optimize plant throughput, gold recovery, and overall metallurgical performance.
Assist in the development and mentoring of metallurgical laboratory personnel.
Develop and maintain a skills matrix for metallurgical laboratory employees.
Lead the development, review, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for:
Treatment plant operations
Metallurgical test work
Laboratory and related services
Ensure that metallurgical accounting is accurate, auditable, and reported in a timely manner.
Monitor and report on process plant mechanical and metallurgical performance.
Coordinate with the Supply Department to ensure the adequate availability of consumables for continuous plant operations.
Provide high-level technical support and metallurgical engineering expertise across operations.
Contribute to the technical development and succession planning of metallurgical staff.
Promote and demonstrate strong safety, health, and environmental leadership.
Any other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral processing production, with significant exposure to gold operations and supervisory/management experience.
Previous experience working in Southeast Asia is preferred, particularly in a senior supervisory role.
Membership in The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) is preferred.
Strong ability to interpret metallurgical data and process performance results.

Ability to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environmental policies and practices.
