Oversee and manage all site security operations on a day-to-day basis;
Lead and participate in regular coordination meetings with the Security team and Site Police;
Review, update, and develop security documentation, training plans, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs;
Prepare and submit monthly security reports to the Security Department Head;
Monitor and review the budget and cost allocation on a monthly basis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
Evaluate and document the performance of employees and contractors;
Develop and implement security risk assessments, threat analyses, and mitigation strategies to minimize risks to company operations;
Conduct regular inspections of all security facilities and provide recommendations for improvements;
Perform other duties as assigned;
Maintain good relationship and coordination with public security in regard to security issues.

Completion of Degree in any discipline from university;
Has valid Gada Utama certification and Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP);
3 years experience as Security Superintendent and 5 years experience as Security Supervisor in mining industry and National Vital Object;
Completion of Intelligence & Investigators course;
Proficient in Ms. Office and Presentation skill;
Has valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A & C), able to operate a vehicle both on and off-road;
Physically fit to endure sustained periods of exertion in extreme tropical environment;
Excellent communication skill, fluent in English is an advantage;
Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
