Duties

Review FMQ/CBE daily before being submitted to next approver;
Monitor Day to Day of all buyers’ activities;
Reconcile progress on all stock status weekly;
Assist buyer in coordination with user, supplier, and other department to finalize the bid summary;
Ensure all POs generated by buyers are already sent out to vendor;
Follow up PO Acknowledgment;
Other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor and complete them within the given deadline;
Coordinate with expediting team to ensure all goods delivery match with requirement date;
Any other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably from an engineering discipline;
Minimum 5 years experience as Buyer or Purchasing Officer in Mining Industry;
Skill in Microsoft office, ERP (preference SAP Hana) is a must;
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken;
Have knowledge in inventory and purchasing process of material product, such as chemical and mechanical parts, electrical parts;
Willing to work on mining site as required/necessary.
