Duties

Responsible for developing and innovating to ensure mining activities are conducted more efficiently and in line with mine plans and production targets;
Creating safe operational activities for personnel, equipment, and the environment;
Ensuring mining plans are implemented according to schedule, targets, and regulations;
Mining contractor management;
Coordinating with engineering teams and other departments to develop good daily, weekly, and monthly mining plans;
Coordinating with the grade control team to ensure ore mining activities adhere to proper guidelines;
Coordinating with other departments for heavy equipment allocation and support;
Completing supporting projects for mining operations;
Any other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in Gold Mine Projects at a Senior Supervisory level, with a High School background, and a minimum of 5 years of experience at a Senior Supervisory level with a major in Mining from a University background;
POP Certifications is a must, POM Certification is beneficial;
Excellent in analytical & problem solving skill;
Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word);
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English – either written & speaking;
Possess valid Driver’s license (SIM A);
