Duties

Assist the hydrogeology team in collecting data, taking pictures, monitoring, inspecting and data reporting as per the best practice on the field;
Assist the Senior Mine Hydrologist in preparing the drilling location, monitoring the drilling location and the testing, logging the drill core and chips during the hydrogeology drilling study;
Assist the Senior Mine Hydrologist in hydrology and hydrogeology modelling;
Management of hydrology and hydrogeology database
Prepare the monthly/annual mine water balance report;
Assist in hydrogeology and geotechnical tasks as needed;
Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

Fresh graduated from University majoring in Mine/Geology/Geotechnical Engineering or have maximum 1 years experience directly related to Geotechnical/Hydrogeolgy area at Mining Company;
Familiar with Logging drilling chip & core, Structure mapping, Hydrology testing and Water Sampling;
Familiar with software GIS, Modflow, Watershed Modeling, Aqtesolv;
Excellent skill with Microsoft Word and Excel;
Fluent in English, spoken and written;
Good communication, has problem solving and analytical skills;
Able to demonstrate the corporate awareness on safety & environmental.
