Duties

Supporting Corporate Project Actions (example: Loan Projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence, etc.);
Preparing the Financial Model and Business Plan;
Monitoring the Budget, conducting Operational and Financial Analysis also providing input for management;
Providing monthly consolidated financial deliverables for parent company;
Examining the consolidated financial statements and reports to external parties related to financial responsibilities. e.g.: monthly progress reports to banks, Financial Covenants, KJPP & etc.;
Assisting the company's reporting obligations to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and/or the Financial Services Authority (OJK) including Quarterly Consolidated Financial Statements – duties of the Corporate Secretary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree of accounting or business major;
Min. 2-3 years of experience in FP&A / Analytics / Finance related areas. Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferable;
Good in analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and pay attention to details of the problems;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.);
Good communication skill both written & spoken. Also able to manage all part of stakeholders;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team;
Ability to learn independently and quickly;
Experience using SAP is a strong plus;
Willing to work on mining site as required/necessary.
